Registering An Account: When you play any of the games that we offer as part of our Services, we may store information about your progress, actions and purchases in that game so that you can save and load your achievements and progress. You may also have the choice to create an account (using PlayFab) to save your gameplay data and Virtual Currencies/Items in the case of situations including, but not limited to:

Playing the game on another device.
A damaged device.
A lost device.

When you register for our Services as a registered user, we may collect personal information such as email address and user name. We collect this information in order to provide our Services to you (for example, creating a PlayFab account), for fraud prevention, community support and customer support and protection. User names may also be displayed on leaderboards and friends lists where we provide them.

Communications With Us: We may collect personal information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, mailing address and the content of all messages if you choose to contact or otherwise communicate with us either though the Site or other messaging channels (e.g., Social Media).

User Reviews: Occasionally, you may share your comments about our games and provide certain information that may include personal information. All information collected from your participation in such reviews is provided by you voluntarily. We may use such information to improve our products, Sites and/or Services and in any manner consistent with the policies provided herein.

Registration For Contests: Occasionally, Mystfang Media may run contests. We ask those who enter the contests to provide contact information (e.g., an email address). If you participate in a contest, your contact information may be used to reach you about the contest and for other promotional, marketing and business purposes. All contest entry forms will provide a way for participants to opt-out of any communications that are not related to awarding prizes.

3.2 Information Collected From Third-Parties

If you play any of our games or use any of our Services on connected third-party applications or connect our Services to any third-party applications, like Steam, Apple or Google, Mystfang Media may receive certain information about you from the provider of the third-party application. The information received depends on the third-party application, your privacy settings and, if applicable, your friends' privacy settings on that third-party application.

We may sell Virtual Currency and Virtual Items through our Services. When you make purchases through our Services, we process your payments through a third-party application, including the Apple App Store and Google Play App Store (together with any similar applications, “App Stores”). The third-party application may collect certain financial information from you to process a payment on behalf of Mystfang Media, including your name, email address, address and other billing information. App Stores do not share the information they collect from you with us. Mystfang Media does not have access to your credit card or bank account data. However, third-party payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like the items purchased to fulfill your order.

If you access our Services from a third-party application or connect our Services to a third-party application, you should also read that third-party application’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Third-Party Tools:

Google AdMob: We use AdMob to show ads in our apps. AdMob uses the device’s advertising ID to serve personalized ads to you. Other Sources: We may also collect personal information about individuals that we do not otherwise have from, for example, publicly available sources. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of our Services.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services on a mobile platform, Mystfang Media may collect certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent/non-persistent), your device operating system, default language, model, version, CPU, hardware type, amount of RAM and disk space, Identifier For Advertising (“IDFA”), the version of your operating system ("OS"), your device name, Game Center ID, MAC address, and your location based on your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.

We and our third-party providers may use (i) cookies or small data files that are stored on an individual's computer and (ii) other related technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies and logging technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to collect this personal information automatically. Essential Cookies: These cookies enable core functionality such as security, verification of identity and network management.

Functional Cookies: These cookies collect data to remember choices users make to improve and give a more personalised experience.

3.4 Social Media

Our Services include social media features, such as the Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram buttons, and Widgets, such as the “Share” button. The information we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network and may include name, profile picture and friends list. You should always review and, if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites, social media networks, and services before sharing information and/or linking or connecting them to other services. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Policy of the company providing it.

The main reason we process your personal information is to provide you with our Services and to improve your gaming experience, but there are other reasons as well. We may collect, store, use and process personal information for a variety of purposes, including:

Social Media: We have multiple Social Media channels which are used to communicate with our players. If you choose to interact with those channels, we will receive your information and use it in connection with those channels, for reasons such as engaging with you, and republishing your posts to those channels.

Where we create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data so that it is no longer reasonably associated with an identified or identifiable person, that data will no longer be personal information and this Privacy Policy will not apply to it.

4. Disclosure Of Information

At Mystfang Media, we do not sell, as such term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), your personal information to third-parties, nor have we sold personal information in the past 12 months. Nevertheless, as part of our business, we may share, transmit, disclose, grant access to, make available, and provide your information with and to the following third-parties.

Service Providers: We may share any information we receive with our service providers. The types of service providers to whom we entrust personal information includes companies that provide: (i) provision of IT and related services; (ii) provision of information and services you have requested; (iii) customer service activities; (iv) analytics and search engine activities that assist us in the improvement and optimization of our Services; and (v) any supporting activities in connection with our Services. An example of one third-party service found in some of our games is PlayFab. We use PlayFab as a backend to log you in and provide services for you so that you may have the best experience possible and access certain tools we use to make our games run. Third-Party Advertising Including Personalized Advertising: We use advertising to enable us to offer some of our games, game features, and other Services for free. These advertisements may include, without limitation, banner ads in games or on our other Services, full-screen ads between levels, or through an “offer wall” in which third-party advertisers offer to provide Virtual Currency or other in-game items to players in exchange for watching an advertisement. Offer walls are hosted by third-party offer wall providers, and the offers are made by third-party advertisers, not by Mystfang Media.

We may share some of your information with advertisers to help make the advertisements you see more relevant to your interests when you use our Services. We do not directly share personal information that identifies you with third-party advertisers for their advertising purposes unless you give us your consent, where legally required. To enable advertisers, ad networks, and offer wall providers to serve you with more relevant ads, they may collect, or we may collect and share with them, the following types of information when you use our Services:

Other Users: Some of our games may support social features such as leaderboards and friends lists. Opting-Out Of Personalized Advertising At A Device Level: You can choose to prevent your device's ad identifier from being used for personalized advertising, or you can reset your device's ad identifier by changing your device's settings. Please note, deleting personal information may affect your ability to access some or all of our Services and may result in the permanent deletion of all purchases and progress that you have made in our Services. Any such deletion is permanent and cannot be restored after deletion. If you request such deletion then you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss you may suffer as a result of such deletion.
